      FYI , Do not take your vehicles here. I went in here with an oil leak and told them I thought my struts and shocks were bad as well that my vehicle hits bumps and makes a very loud clucking noise . These guys came back with your vehicle needs sway bars , control arms , ball joints outer tie rods and that would take care of the loud noise it makes when going over bumps. I brought it back in cuz the noise was back. Then they came back with I needed all new motor mounts they are all bad it will cost you $ ******* . I told them not to touch my car I would come and get it . When I picked it up I asked them to print me out everything they did to my car and at the bottom of the receipt it says recommended services replace front struts and replace rear shocks. Isnt that what I came in saying I thought my car needed? So why wouldn't you say yes your struts need to be replaced? . they have me do services that wasnt what was necessary ? I think their customer ********************** is poor and has a zero rating . They charged me $1709.73 for the sway bar link, lower control arms , outer tie and rods with a ****** discount of $355.59. I ended up bringing my car somewhere else for a second opinion and what do you know the motor mounts werent bad but the struts sure were. Beware of where you are taking your vehicle this is not the place. Im somebodys daughter and I will talk to the owners. Very Poor business standards .

      Service center Damaged my alignment tabs while trying to preform service. I agreed to let them repair the damage they caused only to have more damage done to my vehicle. They refused to provide insurance information when I requested. I see their business is no longer accredited with the BBB.

      BUYER BEWARE - UNETHICAL BUSNESS- I had my oil changed today at Apache Sands Service Center at *************************************************. I was told that I need a cabin air filter and an engine filter. I changed both filters last month on August 8, 2022. The manager told a worker named **** to go out and take a look at them. He looked and acknowledged my filter was **************** simply said, "I'll have to talk to the kid." and that was it ... no explanation or apology whatsoever.

      How ironic ... the day after I filed my complaint with the BBB the manager called and offered a free oil change. I won't bring my vehicle back to the crooks.
