    Transaction #****** 5/1/2024 3:35:35 PM I check online pricing before choosing which business I'd like to go to.The online price as of 5/1/2024 for the *********-N-Save location, for a bucket seat is broken down as follows: BUCKET SEAT$15.99$1.48$0.00$3.20$20.67 These numbers are respectively the Item Cost, Environmental Fee, Core Charge, Warranty, and the Total price before tax.At first, ****** told me a bucket seat with an air bag is ~$90...Then we went back out to go get a seat without an air bag, she told me the total price would be ~$50... that didn't show on the website.I said that, she said "show me"I showed her and she said "I think you must be looking at the Utah pricing"I wasn't, and I showed her that. She looked it up on her point of sale and said it was a different number. She turned the screen and showed me what she was seeing on the website.I asked her to show me if she's on the Mesa site, she scrolls up and intentionally doesn't show the part of the website where it highlights which location you're looking at... it was ****. The Utah pricing is as follows BUCKET:MAN:NO BAG$43.99$2.75$2.00$8.80$57.54 In the end, it is over 90 degrees outside, I'd already searched for and pulled two different bucket seats and my friend was getting impatient. I paid what she was saying it was, she showed me the Point of Sale but I don't know how to read it and make sure everything is okay since I don't work at PullnSave Mesa.My receipt shows the price I was charged, I was told by ****** that she was the manager when I asked if I could be served by someone else since I already didn't trust that she was actually trying to honor the pricing online. I've taken a snapshot of the website's part pricing using the wayback machine so the prices advertised for today are visible as they are today.

    In response to the complaint from ***********************, when I was presented with this issue i walked out personally and told the young lady who was helping him to go ahead and ***** the price he saw on our website. Unfortunately, there are some things we are still working out on our website, and pricing is one of them. we are well aware of this and working into correcting it. our number one concern for *********** is to keep our customers happy, which in this case we did by honoring the price he found online.
