Mesa Valley Collision Center completed body work on my RV in September 2022. Six months later the repair is failing badly and needs to be re-done. Shoddy work with poor quality materials. Mesa Valley Collision Center is now defunct - new business at the same location operating under the name Valley Collision. Mesa Valley Collision Center owners are gone. This was a $5,300 repair.

I currently have a truck needing repair at Mesa Valley Collision Center. I authorized my truck to be towed there from ******** **** as **** indicated they could not work on the frame damage and **** indicated they could work on it much faster than the other auto repair businesses in the ******** area. The truck was delivered to the **** facility the week of 9/13/22 and since that time neither myself nor my insurance company have received a quote for the repairs needed. My status inquiries were repeatedly ignored. ****** indicated early on they were working on it and would have the estimate before the end of Sept. ***** from **** indicated possible transmission issues in mid Oct and the need to send to another **** dealer for an estimate of that portion of the repairs. Both myself and my insurance company indicated the approval to do so but it was never done.Last week when I called, ********* at **** indicated that ownership has changed and that I had been lied to the whole time, and that nothing has been done with my truck in the 2 months that is has been at the **** facility. She indicated that the new owners were assessing the situation and that I would have a response as to what they would be doing to move the process forward by yesterday, 11/28/22. I did not receive a call and have tried both calling and emailing with no response. I am greatly concerned about my current situation with this business as I have incurred significant personal rental car costs during this time period. My insurance company covered the first 30 days of rental car and I have incurred over $1,500 in personal rental car expenses that continue to accumulate at $36 per day. I'm over 2 months into the process and don't even have an estimate for the insurance company to review and authorize the repair process. I am concerned with the repair process taking an an additional, extended period of time with challenges around procuring car parts due to supply chain issues.
