    6/21/**** to 6/28/**** ********* services - pavers, artificial turf, electrical outlets and plants. New build home, approximately ****sf, charged $24k cash cash.Design provided to AZ Turf and More was to scale and specific. Design provided to 3rd party work crew was crude at best.We had to constantly correct crew errors.Final product, shoddy, artificial turf is shedding in clumps when touched, paver work lacks polymer in areas (already breaking up within a few weeks, electrical work underground is bare wires but in conduit where you can see, plants placed with roots 1/2 out of ground, planted in holes the size of containers and 5 dead (another 3 we replaced ourselves - charged $4k for plants, paver spacing on walkway un-walkable.Contacted owner who only sent snarky texts and no offers to remedy. Complaint filed with ROC #****-08288 License # ******. His wife holds license because he cannot due to personal legal reasons.Desired outcome: Repairs made and replacement of "warranty" of dead plants.AZ Turf & More - Shoddy Work *********************

    On 1/13/23 my landscape and built in bbq grill assembly was completed and I paid in a personal check totaling $18,040. On 2/25/23 I advised the business owner, *****, that I was having issues with the grill I had bought from him and his crews installed. -the middle right burner will light once and then go out. Then it will not light again by its own igniter. I have to crank the gas all the way up and hope it picks up flame from a burner next to it -the burner k**** get too hot to physically touch and control -the light inside the grill has gone out. The button that turns on the light no longer work or suppresses. *****, business owner, brought out a representative from the manufacture of the grill (Bull BBQ Grills) to diagnose the issues on 3/1/23. I was not home during this inspection but they determined that the burner works properly. However, still to this day it will go out and will not re-light. Then they determined that a part went out on the light switch and one was ordered. Then they determined that the block housing of the grill needs ventilation because the grill is built in so tight and holding heat. ***** told me he would replace the part and cut ventilation in himself. On 3/19/23 I inquired when it will be fixed, no response. On 3/30/23 I inquired again and ***** claimed that it was supposed to be completed within a day or so of initial inspection. 4/6/23 I inquired again, no response 4/8/23 I inquired again, no response 4/10/23 I inquired again, I was told again that someone else would do it. No one ever showed. On 4/10 ***** advised me that he had the part and materials on him and would do it himself. Never showed. 5/4/23 I inquired again, no response 5/8/23 I inquired and he acted like he was unaware. 5/31/23 I was told again that he has the parts but its not a major factor. Still nothing fixed or even scheduled to be fixed. I have all supporting text messages.
