    Atr Electronics was assigned through ********** for our washer repair. The claim was filed on November 19th they called us on November 21 to confirm the repair for November 28th and did not leave a message our repair was scheduled for November 28th but since no one answered the phn they didn't leave a message nor try to call us back. They just canceled our service call. So we have made one trip to the laundry mat already. I called Atr today to confirm our appointment for tomorrow they said it was for Dec 2nd no one told us that it would be tomorrow. This was not the case. It was in ********** computer as well. I called ********** to complain and ********** said they are coming tomorrow what's the problem? We have a washer that is less than 2yrs old that does not work. We have to go to the laundry mat. That's the problem and no one will come and fix it in a timely manner. This company has many bad ****** reviews. Most of them are reporting these same problems. This business should be closed. I will be filling a second report on **********, and then Maytag soon as I have the dates of purchase and the correct areas to file the claims. Someone should protect us from these types of events.
