    due to Sage Mesa 55+ hiring a replacement maintenance individual, he is making significant property improvements.  

    We have visited and have come up with viable solutions - with intent of property grounds improvements to ease my continual monitoring of Sage Mesa 55+ and ******************* abilities, and/or inabilities.  stments implemented by Sage Mesa55+ living based on initial business opening date property are not warranted.Again, Sage Mesa business denial to make one-time adjustments is not resolved and residents will NOT be charge in their current residential apartment costs. Failure of Sage Mesa 55+ living to resolve the points of my current movement is to open further extents on resolution. Please contact me directly should Better Business Bureau request needed information explanations and/or adjustments to this communication.

    Our Maintenance Supervisor and new Community Manager walked the exterior of the community today and have a list of items they plan to address with the landscaping contractor this week. 

    Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Your feedback is valuable to Sparrow, and we will work diligently to enhance the community's curb appeal.

    Hello once again.  

    Current follow-up for Sage Mesa 55+ complaint:  

    With positive initial appearances from new replacement maintenance service employee he has been personally motivated over the recent weeks.  Significant landscaping maintenance has improved during his lead time.  However, Im awaiting further improvements as the maintenance employee continues to cover extensive management lists, as his time permits.  There are remaining items requiring attention.  Residents occasionally thank me for the initial improvements.

    With negative feedback from management staff, they are extremely agitated and snipped of my filing with Better Business Bureau.  

    No problems at all for me activating management complaints with Better Business Bureau.  I pay more monthly cost to live here respectively.  And I welcomingly deal with bad side effects received from management staff, as well.  ?
