              In October 2023 I moved out of a property owned by living well homes. After paying all associated fees given to me by the property manager. A month later I received an invoice for an additional fee that was not in my lease agreement. After contacting the property manager she said that she would contact the corp office and fix everything. This was not done. I was sent to collection where I had to pay. Living well homes does not want to refund me my money for their mistake.

              These guys are the worst of the worst! Absolute bottom feeders! I recently lived in an apartment in ************ ******** that was purchased by Living H*** Homes. These reviews speak for themselves. 1 star and an F rated company by the better business bureau! Simply said, they suck!Long story short, I lived in an apartment with no heat for 6 months, constant issues, and an absolutely psychotic property manager named ***************Because we butted heads, she sent me to collection for money that had been paid, returned $3500 to me in certified checks that I paid to break my lease and then sent that amount to a collections company a couple weeks later. In any case, her illegal attempts to harm me were very rewarding in court! Not only did they dismiss every aspect of their bogus eviction attempt, I was awarded nearly $10,000 in damages related to the unlivable conditions and *******'s abuse of process! Living H*** Homes is an absolute understatement!!!
