    I sent this email to the Property Manager for Glen At Mesa Apartments. To Whom It May Concern, First of all, as a tenant that has paid my rent on time, every month, never had a complaint filed against me or caused any issues. I've had to repeatedly complain about the way the property is ran, the property grounds and the treatment by the leasing agent, who lied to me when I initially moved into this apartment, and yet I STILL try to come to you, with respect. Yet, when I have come to you about various issues, for whatever reason, I have been met with a lack of compassion and understanding at every opportunity. After I submitted my notice to vacate, I feel like I have been retaliated against on numerous occasions. First, with regards to my ***, and again, today, when I came into the office, at the suggestion of my doctors office, to ask for the number to the properties insurance company. While on crutches and in extreme pain, yet again, you showed a lack of compassion, which has been the norm for our interactions. I'm not sure where our communication broke down but today, I was simply asking for what I was instructed to ask for and your attitude triggered me. I try to limit my interaction with everyone in the office, because I don't want to have any issues but after the way you treated me today, I felt broken. I didn't want your personal insurance information and yet it seems as if every time I try to talk with you about issues with this property, you take it as if I'm attacking you, personally. I have never had this kind of treatment from a property manager, ever and I don't know what to do to fix this situation. You make me feel powerless, to defend myself and to speak up about the way I have been treated here. THIS IS THE SECOND BBB REVIEW THAT I'VE LEFT. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT CARE BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT ACCREDITED!!!!!

    If I could give this property zero stars, that wouldn't be bad enough to explain how horrible it is living here. This place is unsafe, unkept, and environmentally hazardous due to all of the animal and possibly human f**** all over the property. There are dead pigeons, alcohol, food packaging and drug needles all over the property as well. There have been multiple murders and other violent crimes and what does the property do? Allow all of the light fixtures to remain broken. The property is at 75% dark due to the property refusing to fix the light fixtures. The only good lighting was from the neighbors and their Christmas lights, which have now been taken down due to the property stating that there is a law against decorative lights on the property. If you complain, they ignore you. I put in a maintenance request in October 2023 and it has yet to be completed. The staff are unprofessional. They refuse to complete any maintenance request promptly. This place is easily one of the worst places I've ever lived. The property management company doesn't care either. You can't get anyone on the phone there either, to complain. You have to leave a message and of course, no one ever calls back. They should allow everyone to terminate their lease and move to somewhere that is safer. There are always a lot of loud cars racing thru the property as if they are on regular streets. Stray dogs and cats all over. The staff doesn't care because none of them live here. That should tell you something. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Worst place to call home. With no compassion for their tenants and ill mannered staff youre never really comfortable so how can you make it a home. Things are patched and not fully fixed or you wait extended periods of time for something that *** be a priority to you but not to management or maintenance seeing how they do not live on the promises. Not a secure place either, one stabbing and two fatal shootings, one including swat all in one year. Open to the public with very little lighting so stragglers often take refuge near play ground or in gym. Amenities being included in rent but not accessible to actual tenants and the amount of dog p*** littering the grounds makes it hard to enjoy outside. Needs work in and out. Save money and time and skip them.
