5 stars****'s has treated me and my family as valued customers for over ********************************** to diagnose why our A/C was so ineffective, and ****'s technicians were the first to explain modern HVAC theory to us. Then they made a price-conscious plan of attack to improve our comfort, and helped us to execute it. For 13 years we've had them handle all preventative maintenance, and they've been proactive, responsive, and extremely capable. I've compared their pricing with other companies several times over the years, including for a mini-split in ******************************** 2023, but ****'s was right in line, and backed by their excellent service. Their technicians ******, *****, and ***** have gone out of their way to ensure I have the best results for my money, and clearly understand that company loyalty goes both ways. Great business, would always recommend. 11/10.John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing

4 starsTech ( I___ )arrived on time and was professional, and knowledgeable. Used booties in house. This service was for older heat pump maintenance & check. He showed pics and took his time with work, ********************** Part that was replaced was expensive and I think mostly labor charge. (mid $400's include maintenance), but I bet all companies are the same on high labor charges. ****'s is reliable and has some good techs. 5 stars for the tech, 4 stars for the charges.John's Heating Cooling and Plumbing
