      I am so grateful to Ferguson Mechanical. I had my regular AC service done today by the company who serviced it last time was told that the compressor was no longer working in my AC unit even though my house was cool & comfortable & quoted me $3500 to fix it. After that technician left, I felt so distraught. It was 111+ degrees outside & Im thinking, how am I going to afford this, where are we going to stay with our dog until that company was gets the parts ordered & come back out to fix everything? I placed a claim with our home warranty company & was connected with Ferguson air. By that time it was 3pm on a Friday. I left a ************** call was returned almost immediately. Their earliest appointment was Sunday morning. After we finished our call & as the temperature was slowly rising in the house, the woman I spoke with, didnt stop trying to find a technician to come out immediately. She called me shortly there after, and said that she had a technician to come out right away! This was now after 5pm, outside of normal business hours. ****** arrived shortly after & told me that the power had been turned off to their A/C unit & once it was turned back on, everything was running just fine. ****** did a little tune up, replaced a few caps that were missing & was done in about 30 minutes. I am so grateful to the *********** people at Ferguson. I am a customer for life! Thank you so much for working outside of normal business hours to resolve this for me!!!! I am forever grateful!!
