    My AC is still down and has been since 7/10/2025. We called the company that originally installed it and has helped us (Airtime) around 7:30pm and it was after hours but they said, someone would call back. Nothing happened. We did the same Friday calling and Saturday morning and eventually stayed in a hotel.Had another company (******* *****) check and they said other than the filter that could be replaced, the capacitor was bad. That was doing the cycle of overheating and cooling. They replaced that but couldnt cool down the system so I had to wait another morning to test. When I started it again, it ran for an hour and then lost power.Independent inspection by ******* ***** determined there were a number of things that might have been installed incorrectly back in *********************************************** the 2024 service call from Airtime. That was also for overheating or internal overload and required cooling down, adding refrigerant.A quick summary from of the troubleshooting we received mentioned the fuses were wrong where the 60 gauge were installed instead of the ***** recommended by the manufacturer. Plus they breaker box wasnt updated to match the new HVAC system. So the draw and power was way too high and wore our the capacitor and compressor within 3 years. Alot of the electrical seemed like it wasnt rerouted or updated but was based on the older original replaced AC. Also the diameter of the duct wasnt adjusted. They recommend testing nitrogen, fluids, and making sure power levels are for optimal for the breaker side and system side.I am requesting the air conditioning fixed parts and labor covered. I would also rather have another company complete this fix and be reimbursed by Airtime. The estimate from Airtime is $1714 while the ******* ***** comprehensive fix estimate is $4849.     On 8/7/25. Airtime will be replacing ****** ******** unit, stand and breaker.
