      I had Kooline Plumbing to install two new matching faucets in my master bathroom in Nov of 2022. Within two months on the installation, the hot side faucet began to leak. I contacted Kooline and immediately and they sent out an older tech with the original younger tech in early 2023. Per the older tech, the water line didn't fit properly and he would be back to fix it. He came back and could not fix it. He then said he would have to take a part and work on it to manipulate it to fit. I didn't hear back and was getting no responses. Finally, I got a response ( I have text/messenger and voicemails) and was told that it was out of warranty. I then sent text/phone logs to show that I have been trying to get them to fix their error. I was then told the person who took the parts from my bathroom was no longer working for the company and they would send a new tech out. The new tech said he didn't understand why the original tech told me that, and why the parts were taken, but he would try to order the part that was missing to get it to fit, all of this over a span of 1 year 4 months that I am sharing my side of the sink with my spouse, since his side has been out all this time. In my messages with the gentlemen that I sent a log to, he accepted that to be still under warranty but said I would need two new faucets and they would install for a charge. I let him know that if I am going to have to buy two new ones, AND have to pay a new install fee, I would go with another company. In speaking with *******, she said they would get this taken care of, I have the voice mail. Today, a year and 5+ months later, they installed my two new faucets that I had to buy at $350. At the end of install, to my surprise, the tech blindsided me and told me that would be $450. ******************************************************* to sign. Furious and ready to be done with this company, I paid, then called the office to complain to *******, I've paid for two installs. She refunded me $50.

      Kooline Plumbing damaged some plants & disturbed the rock landscape & exposed the dirt when digging & burying a trench for plumbing work for my next door neighbor. The trench was dug on neighboring property but the dirt piles were placed along the property line etc. The receptionist said there is nothing that they can do about it. I asked the receptionist to have Mo the owner, call me and she says no & continually refuses & hangs up on me. This started this past Friday, Sept. 10, 2021. I asked that someone come by to view it. I called today about 2:30 pm today 9-13-21 to complain that I have not been contacted by Kooline. Now she is telling me I refused to have someone stop by this past Friday when in fact the opposite was said & agreed upon. The work was done along the property line. I'm just wanting the right thing to be accomplished. Thxx!!*************************

      Mr. ************************* has contacted Kooline on several occasions and we have made several attempts to go to his property and resolve ******************** concerns who is our customers neighbor. We were advised by ***************** our customer that we were not required to work on anything but we did reach out to **************** and he would not want to meet with us at his property to resolve his concerns. We have resolved the customers concerns by agreeing to replace the plants and the rocks have been replaced by ************** our customer as he was aware of his neighbors concerns. ******************** concerns have been addressed.
