This is a predatory business they scam people out of deposits and preys on people by deducting normal wear and tear parts from your deposit.

*********************************** is not our contract signer, ******************************* (our renter) CALLED US to reserve (2) offroad vehicles for (2) days from 9:30am 12/3 to 4:30pm 12/4. Terms of the rental were explained and costs were agreed upon.On "Day 1" ******************** no call/no showed. We called her, and she stated "They would be a couple hours late due to problems with their Motorhome. Our staff member agreed to hold the reserved units. We waited for several hours, ******************** again no call/no show. We called again, we were told they were still hours out from arriving. At this point our staff member had other off premise customers to attend to. ******************** said she would call us when she got close to the resort and we would again dispatch a representative to the resort. She arrived later that day and took delivery of the vehicles.On "Day 2" - "Car 1" they damaged a tire. We again dispatched a representative to replaced the tire so they can continue their rental. Then she asked to pay for a extended time to keep them overnight . We did this at a discounted rate. "Day 3" upon the return inspection there was damage to "Car 2". When our Customer Representative called ******************** (who is the contract holder) to discuss the costs of repairs incurred to our vehicle, ******************** refused to allow us to talk to her and he became verbally abusive and threatening to our staff member. He created a unhealthy environment for our staff member. At this point we had to terminate the conversation. NOTE: ******************************* was not charged for normal wear and tear parts. *************************** was charged for repairs to damages that were caused to vehicles whenthey were in her possession. The Balance of the deposit was released. We are not holding any deposit, and we are NOT SCAMMERS!!
