            I took my 2015 GMC Canyon to the dealer as I was having issues with the steering, it get stuck like if it had no power steering fluid in it. When I showed up they diagnosed my truck and told me they would fix the problem. I paid a total of amount of $1,107.01 in cash on 6/8/2021 to have it fixed. I come back to pick up my *********** took it for a test drive and the steering was doing the same thing it was not repaired. So I took it back to them claiming it was not fixed and I demanded for them to fix it since I had already paid them and they assured me to fix the issue. They refused to unless I paid another $1,300 for the repair! I trusted they would fix the problem when I first took it in, I paid them more than $1,000 they did not fix the problem I took it back and they wanted to charge me again to repair the issue! This is unprofessional and unethical. Taking full advantage of an elderly man who just needs the vehicle fixed. The vehicle is not that old to have a major fix.

            Best experience at a dealership ever. ***** (***************************) couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. We were recently in need of another car after being t-boned. He went out of his way to help us get another car. He listened to our needs and wasn't at all pushy. We told him what we wanted and he didn't try to upsell us. The dealership threw in a new set of steer tires, along with a full tank of gas. ***** even came and picked us up. Wonderful experience. Very, very happy.
