    Made order for 160$ back in feb. Have never recived items.or tracking. They dont answer emails. Scaming people.

    I purchase 20 bags of Vulture paydirt, at a cost of $500 and change, I have emailed numerous times about when they will ship, and have not received any emails back. I want them to refund the money. They honestly used to be a great place to purchase paydirt. Now they need to be held accountable.

    Hello, I am in need of your assistance. On 3/22/2023 I purchased 2 bars, kilo each **** silver from LYNCH MINING on line.For a total cost of $1675.24, that amount included a $45.00 tip to them. They sent me my order acknowledgment, the the Order # ***********. and confirmation said they would contact me when the order was shipping. The money was removed from my checking account, I have not heard another word on anything since then. I have tried to contact their customer service department at lease for or five times, I never get a response. when I call the number they have i get a recording saying the person your trying to reach has not set up there voic mail yet.I cannot get in touch with anyone. I fear I am being scammed. Please help me get a resolution. this is the fifth week with no word.

    I ordered gold and pay dirt from this company on February 7th with nothing ever being sent to me. They say 5-7 business days. It never has been shipped. I have attempted 3 times to email them with no response. I either want my money back or product. At this point Im sure it would just be plain ole dirt. No gold. Refund would have to be sent in check form or cash as I no longer have the card i ordered with.

    We placed an order on January 30th, 2023 for 5 grams of gold flakes. Our account was charged the full ammount for these. We never received this order. I have emailed Lynch Mining but have gotten no response. I have tried calling but none of the numbers I have found are working. If the company is not capable of fulfilling our order, we would like a refund. We have been very patient but the lack of any communication is unacceptable.

    I placed an order for paydirt from Lynch Mining on 02/19/2023. I received a conformation email and no further response. The order no. is ********** for 5 bags of Belmont paydirt. I have emailed Lynch support 6 times and have not received any response. The phone no. listed for the business is not in service. i've placed many orders with them in the past, some orders have been slow, but never like this and to just ignore all my emails is not acceptable. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks ****

    I purchased an advertised product (1 gram of gold) on February 26, 2023 I received confirmation for the order and was told the item would ship within 10 days. I have attempted to contact Lynch mine multiple times via email and through the website Lynch mine paydirt . The seller will not respond to any of my attempts and has not replied.

    Ordered from Lynch several times in the past and never had a problem until now. I've got 3 orders with them that are unfulfilled. Oldest being from Dec. 18th, the other two from February. I have emailed them several times, messaged them on their site, which was horrendously hard to do for some reason, and have received no responses in return. The 3 orders total $916.77. I also won a small gemstone bucket from them from one of their raffles that I paid to enter (by placing an order with them). The only thing they have done is removed me from their (e)mailing list, I know because I used to get an email from them almost everyday promoting some kind of raffle or to get some kind of little freebie with your order and now over a month and nothing at all from them. I have everything documented. I almost just want a refund at this point but I'd rather have the stuff I paid for. This is just ridiculous. I want my products (including my raffle prize) that I HAVE ALREADY paid for. Or I want a full refund of $916.77 so I can go buy my gold products elsewhere, somewhere that has some pride and dignity in the work they do and product they provide to their customers. The largest order was for someone's birthday and they completely ruined that, so thanks lynch. I have provided a screenshot of me logged into my account on their website Paydirtshop.com, in my profile looking at my orders and their status as well as dates purchased. I have emails receipts, and the email showing I won the raffle prize if needed.

    Ordered twice in the past month+ and based on their website, it said ***** days delay due to the mine. It has been 20 days for one order, and 30+ days for another order. Multiple attempts to email and contact and NOTHING. NON EXISTENT customer service. I want a refund immediately.
