  Where is ***** ******? Helix telecom used to run fairly smooth when ***** was around but now if you mention his name they threaten to close your account. ******************** now is the fraud game ripping off small businesses and seemingly getting away with it. Well until now. Helix made a billing error on my account and instead of taking normal course or even reasonable action the person dealing with it deceided to cancel my account instead of being accountable, The cancelation happened 1 day after I made my payment so they owe me that money. I was with them for 10 years and had purchased 20 grandstream phone to use on the service. Just to point out they were not leased they were all purchased by my business. When you no longer do business with helix they lock the phones renedering them useless with a special little programming that was leaked to me bt a former employee. They want people to feel trapped that is why they provision the phones the way they do. The violation of many laws was when they didn't release the phones after they cancelled my account for no reason other than someone trying to save face and not want to admit they messed up. The provisioning of the phones has been downloaded and proof of this little trick will be forwareded to the proper authorities. After the cancelation of my 10 year old account I started a new account just to get my business back up and running because I knew how to use the 150 year old process they have and 1 day later they closed that account as well. I paid for customer service numbers they wouldnt let me transfer that I have had for my business for years. If Helix want to make things right this will be the last chance before I start forwarding all these issues to the 6 different govenment agencies they love to go after degenrates . My demands are simple reimburse me for the service I pre paid for on both of my accounts and either unlock all my grandsteam phones or buy them from me. Choice is simple you caused harm. FIX IT

  Statute of limitations in my case has expired for a little over a year now.This company will *** you for anything and has a track record of lawsuits, cancellation of services, charging of ridiculous fees, and it seems they are still up to the same antics they have been using for many years.Avoid at all costs. There are dozens of legitimate providers out there that won't s**** you over and lie.

  Stay away from Helix Telecom Inc as far away as possible. I don't think you can't even buy anything from them as they don't have any possible way to communicate with them even for sales, but in case somebody try to sell you out this product do your research.I'm the IT for a business that had this service and they ended up losing the phone number/calls/customers and revenue because it was impossible to get any support from them and the account was disconnected without any previous notification.In my opinion they are overseas and somehow managed to open a company here in ***.Try to go to their 1990's website or call their phone number to see if you can get somebody on the line....good luck with that...We are going to file a formal FCC complaint and probably follow up with legal actions, this Company shouldn't be allowed to be operating and defrauding businesses.

  Helix Telecom is a terrible company with a one-man show by the name of "*********************". I ***** advise everyone to stay away from their services. They have defrauded many companies with predatory services.
