1 starOn Monday, February 12, ****, at approx. 12:22PM: I called *** Bus ****** ***** # to obtain a quote for group from ******* to ***** and was transferred to *****. We got disconnected on the transfer from the initial call to the toll-free line. To *****'s credit he immediately called back and explained what happen. As we continued to discuss my needs, he provided detailed information on why it was important to have his cellular number, which was assuring. However, we got disconnected again. I called back to explain where I was located and that it may be my phone dropping the call. Before, I could finish my statement, ***** accused me of hanging up on him and being rude. Then he hung up the phone. I called back a second time to try and explain to him again, I did not hang up, that where I was located was possibly the problem, and I wanted finish the quote. This time ***** yelled very LOUDLY and stated, "CALL ANOTHER BUS COMPANY."On my third attempt to call back, I received the voice message. I left a message stating, I did not hang up and he (*****) was very rude, and I would be leaving a complaint to the Better Business Burera against him and USA Bus Charter. I don't want to make it personal, but I would NOT refer anyone to conduct business with the company because of *****'s actions and attitude. It is a reflection on what services you may receive during your trip.If I could give them no stars I would!!!!!!Review fromSam M

5 starsJust a quick thanks to USA Bus Charter for saving the day for our school. Our team was canceled on by another company. *** was quick to help us get a replacement bus and make the trip possible. The bus was on time, clean, new and nicely equipped. Our driver was great and made the trip go smoothly. We appreciate the terrific service and will call USA Bus Charter first next time.
