I am shaking!!!! I had to ask the technician to leave within 5 minutes of entering my home where I was alone. **** was very aggressive, combative and angry from the moment he walked in. He sat in his van for 15 minutes before coming in (105 degrees heat). Then he knocked on the door and I said "thank you for coming, I've been without a dishwasher for 3 weeks". He dropped his tool bag, looked through paperwork and said "no, just since May 19th". I got the impression I had angered him. He then question who installed, Best Buy, "are you sure?". He raised his voice and said installation not covered by warranty and he'd have to charge me....I said that was fine. He went on a rant talking about the height of the plumbing, the hoses, the kitchen sink and bacteria. I asked him to leave ... which angered him more and on the way out he shouted "Warranty Work Denied". I called the office but it is just a girl's (*************************) personal cell phone ************. I asked to speak to ****** manager and she got heated with me as I told the story, she insinuated also that I was not telling the truth. I asked for the name of the Company and she hung up on me twice. Calling back didn't help because it is her personal cell phone. I had to call ****** Paykel because that's who set up the appointment and find out the name. DO NOT BE ALONE IN THE HOUSE WITH ****....very creepy, angry person. Also, not a professionally run company if they are using their own cell phones. *************************** also goes by All Star Appliance Repair, LLC
