This issue is in regard to a package shipped tracking #1Z5W2E200157288488 and the outrageous price charged. The package in question was shipped next day. This is the issue, 2 actually. First is the price, when it was shipped, we were charged $106.18. I thought this was an extremely high price but figured maybe there was something with all the price increases going on or whatever. When I went to track it i decided to check and see what the cost was on the *** website and come to find out i was charged OVER DOUBLE! If it had been done under the flat rate fee, the cost was only $50.25. Now, I don't believe in the idea that they should have to dedicate significant time to search for the best possible price, scouring all their resources. I do however believe a basic fundamental aspect of customer service is to at least take a quick look and provide the lowest possible price, i entered the information and the price came right up with no effort, so i don't know how the store couldn't have seen it. The second issue just added further insult to injury. We paid double the cost and didn't even receive next day delivery! it was delivered on the second day! 2nd day delivery was only $36.60. This whole situation is simply unacceptable.Initial Complaint

We are a franchised location and are not **** We have no control of the packages once they have been have left our location. The drivers are not required to scan the packages at the time of collection.
Please call ************** for assistance in tracking and investing the lost or delayed packages.
