The people at **** Graves Propane are extremely rude, insulting, belligerent and they did criminally trespassed on our private property twice in one day and then called and insulted me and harassed me for a propane tank that I did not rent or lease from them. When I called to complain to the manager "*****" she was also rude belligerent and condescending and admitted that it was her who ordered **** Graves Propane employees to trespass on our property ignoring the no trespassing sign and my verbal order to leave my gated and fenced property and do not return. I contacted the Sheriff and he told me that they called and complained about me, "go figure" but Sheriff told them they were trespassing on my property and if they come back they will be arrested. I highly discourage anyone from doing business with these thugs as they seem to believe they are above the law and belligerently threaten and intimidate Senior Citizens to get what they want. I tried to reason with Management but they were very belligerent and were not concerned about their illegal actions whatsoever and insisted that they were in the right to trespass on our private gated fenced property with an Obvious No Trespassing Sign at the gate where they unlawfully ignored the no trespassing sign and then removed the lock and entered our private property illegally.

#1 **************** has purchased a property from a much loved long time customer we went out of our way for many many times. **************** CALLED OUR office asking about the 250 gallon tank, at that time, 3 months ago, he understood it was ours, extremely nice conversation with the ladies in our office. He explained he would think about it and get right back to us asap. We sent letters, many many phone calls and we just assumed something happened to **************** and the tank was now abandoned, so by mistake we released a work order and also asked a driver that was in the area to just check on **************** and the tank. At no time did we harass anyone, the gate was open we entered the yard knocked on the door and WOW we were told to get off the property or we would be sorry and if we wanted our equipment take him to court at which time the innocent drive ran back to his truck and left, never a word out of his mouth. the driver called the office and explained what happened and in the mean time the tech that was also in the area by accident not knowing the driver had already been there also went to the door and knocked and was treated the same exact way. he was affraid for his life he also left and called the office about the treatment he had just gotten and said his life was threatened and he would not go back. At which time I ***** not ***** no clue where that name came from asked the Driver manager to call **************** and let him know we would be coming to pick up our equipment in 7 days with the sheriff if thats what he wanted, He just went off not listening to him at all the manager just hung up at which time **************** began calling his cell phone and just not making any sense what so ever. Then he called me "*****" I tried to explain what happened and OMG I was told I was going to be taken to court for harassment and he didn't even have our equipment anymore on his property and to just stay away, at which time **************** wanted his name and all my employees names and I told him I couldn't give out that information he called me several names and said he would see me in court. I did speak with the sheriff to find out legally how could we retrieve our property and he said to talk to our attorney and proceed in the courts which we have done. At no time did we want to upset anyone none of us got a word in edgewise we were all completely shocked, I myself have never in 50 years experienced such a person and I've been in the public service industry my entire life. I know this sounds ***** but here at **** Graves Propane our customers are the most important part of our business and if **************** had just called us back and kept open comunication with us, we could have avoided this situation. we just thought he had moved on and no one lived there. Here at **** Graves we want everyone to be HAPPY and ENJOY doing business with our entire team in the office and in the field. Thank you Have a Blessed Day.

Everything in the company response is false, misleading, and deceitful. The facts that I stated previously are true. The gate was closed with a lock on it, and nobody was threatened or ran for their life by me. This company has many similar complaints. The employees have a history of picking on Senior Citizens and mistreating us. We can also add they don't seem capable of telling the truth, and it was not me who was being rude in person or on the phone it was their employees who called me names using profanity while yelling at me. They stated that they were in the vicinity, and the truth is our property is approximately 40 miles from their office. They also stated that they "thought" the property was abandoned" which means they had every intention of entering our property illegally, which they did twice in one day even after being told not to return. I will save the rest of my reply for the court. Instead of apologizing for their criminal actions they refuse to tell the truth and try to put the blame on me. Which seems to be their regular M.O. Method of Operations I also would issue a Caveat Emptor which is Latin for Buyer Beware! I waited several days before submitting this reply because I prefer not to be in this kind of situation. But after reading many reviews about this company, I decided that it was necessary so other people will be aware of their demeanor.

I would also like to add that I didn't receive any letters or phone calls from the company prior to them trespassing on our private property.
