      My wife called Graves today to confirm our delivery appintment today. A lady answered and was very rude to my wife. Telling my wife that she would not tell her a time that they'd be coming to fill the propane tank, "they had lots of customers to help". We scheduled the delivery a week ago. I called and spoke with a manager named *****, and she was very rude right off the bat. She immediately cut me off, and said "unfortunately the roads were closed" when my wife had called in earlier, they actually had been only closed from the night before until this morning at 9am, and my wife called after 9am. The manager stated that their driver is not in our area, because the roads were closed, earlier the other lady said that he couldn't get out of his driveway and didn't come into work. Me and the manager argued about the roads being closed. I told the manager that I'd be fine with propane being delivered next week, and she wouldn't give me a time for delivery. She just kept going back to the roads being closed, which they were only closed until 9am this morning. She said that she'd have the driver call me. I receive a voicemail from **** their driver, he said on the voicemail rudely, "well need all the snow removed around the gate, all the dog waste removed, a path shoveled to the tank, he told me this was his personal number and I don't need to call and harass the office". I called him back, he said that if I can't meet those demands he won't deliver my gas tomorrow. He ended up saying that he will cancel my delivery, I was a little fing crybaby, that hides behind theeatening people over the internet, he said that I should grow up, he said that he'd come over to my house tomorrow and say that to my face, ye said that he feels sorry for my wife, to grow up, he asked how big I was, said thag I'm not even a licensed contractor. I called his manager to complain, and she told me to find another propane company, and they refuse to deliver my pre bought propane, and will never del
