When the Arizona Coyotes canceled games due to COVID-19 the offered a refund for season ticket memmbers if we didn't want to roll the money over to the next season. I filled out the online form and submitted it. I did not receive any kind of confirmation so filled it out a second time. As time went by I forgot about the refund that should have been around $250. On January 20th I received an ***** from my ticket representative Will ****** stating he wanted to try and get me back out to a game and wanted to let me know that I had a credit of about $250. I replied to **************** and explained that I had filled out the form to get that credit refunded and that I don't make many trips to Phoenix anymore because of medical reasons and would like to get my credit refunded as it should have been. I have yet to hear anything back from **************** so reached out to the ************************************** on February 9th. As of today the 18th of February have not heard back from that either. On February 16th I received a mass ***** from ******************************* about my credits and that if not used by April 1st 2022 they will be donated to one of their charities. The ***** stated if there was questions to ***** or text. I texted the number and explained the situation. I simply received a text stating they would have my rep reach out to more shortly. I have been waiting a month since I returned my reps ***** and seem to be getting ignored about the credit on my account since it doesn't have me coming to a game.Business response

The Arizona Coyotes contacted the consumer by phone and text message on February 28, 2022. The consumer did not answer at the provided phone number on February 28, and the Arizona Coyotes were unable to leave a voicemail message for consumer at that number. The Arizona Coyotes requested, via text message, that consumer contact the Arizona Coyotes to resolve the matter. The Arizona Coyotes intend to resolve this matter directly with the consumer.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
