            I ordered a $300 BAL touchscreen control module for my RV. The screen arrived with multiple cracks in the touchscreen. These cracks make the unit inoperable. The box it shipped in was undamaged. I emailed them to inform them and they said to mail it back. Once they received the returned item they refused to refund my money and claimed I was trying to scam them. I also sent photographic proof of how the item was shipped damaged. They also charged me $30 for shipping, which is overcharging for such a small lightweight item.

            If I could give a -5 stars I would. The owner and his manager where horribly rude..after informing the sales person I drove 60 miles to talk to the owner *** for help with several items i had questions about and planned to purchase such as AC unit , power supply and awning but he couldn't be bothered after I waited an hour for him to get off the phone... I had picked out multiple items to purchase and upon asking about prices that were labeled they quoted me over double on each item. I had cash in hand . I could not believe they were actually going to try and charge me more than what they were asking. They obviously don't care about the costumer. I will never give them a dime of my hard earned money and I advise you don't either because the only thing I took from there is appears to be in my opinion a fraudulent business.
