      Highly recommend this company!Provided same day service to ensure our pool was warm for our granddaughters christening. ********

      Six months and two panels failed. One they patched but on my insistence they did replace. Three months later another panel was leaking. Their answer was to plug both ends of one tube and assured me I wouldn't notice a difference as there are approx 140 tubes per panel. Needless to say I do not feel this is an appropriate way to deal with two failed panels in a 6 month period. They told me the warranty probably wouldn't be covered as the system has to fail by 25% to be covered. Had I been told that was how the warranty worked I would not have purchased a new system from Fenix, nor do I have any supporting paperwork saying the system had to fail by 25% before being covered.They were waiting on a return calI from the manufacturer. After waiting over a week I contacted the salesman. He said he would forward my email to the owner. It has now been over another week and still have not been contacted. I haven't decided what my next step will be. I am very disappointed with the total disregard for customer service and would not be able to recommend Fenix. It seems like once they get the sale they don't care.

      Hello **************, I received the email from ************* **** last Monday July 16th. and we reached out to *** the panel manufacturer the same day. The *** rep **** happened to be on vacation - **** attempted to contact you yesterday Tuesday July 25th. with an update but your voicemail box was full so no message was left. Fenix has all five star reviews across all plat forms and we take customer service very seriously. When we installed your new system there was a leak that was plugged per *** warranty procedures - you didnt like that so I authorized the replacement on that panel. Fenix was just waiting for approval from **** to replace the current panel - ********************* Fenix did promptly send a technician out and plugged the small leak. Im sorry that it came to this review **** will be back later this week and Ill bring him into the loop. Thank you **

      This is a great company that communicated and did a professional installation. Theyre a breath of fresh air compared to the last company we dealt with on our last house.
