    Sold Imogen G4 without a *** required prescription. Will not call me back for a buy back. Only had it for two months on a four year warranty. Paid 2600 dollars. The seller, ****** *****, knew it was illegal to sell it to me, but did it anyway. I found out after I bought it of the illegality.

    They are con artist charged me $199 to return and was never told about no $199 in our conversation about the portable Concentrator. I am a soon to be 76 year old man that fought in the jungles of ******* and on a limited income...don't know how the company exist conning people like this...think they should be criminally charged here I am on oxygen something you have to have to live how can these people sleep at night.

    I bought a $3000 Inogen portable concentrator that stopped putting out useable oxygen after a couple of uses. It stopped working within the return period and was replaced with a concentrator that only worked once for 5 minutes. I dont think the replacement was a new unit. Im now told that I am out of the refund window. I will see if **** charge account can help me. I dont recommend doing business with this company.

    The sales representative said he was a veteran. He suggested a concentrator. I paid $1,700. The sales rep said buy it, if it is not what you want, just return it. The ********************* said it was not strong enough for my husband. I spent so many phone calls, I can't remember. Sent emails, called the sales rep. many times. I finally received an email, (just and email) with no return label. I finally had to call *** myself, paid $25.50 I think to ship it. I did get a refund. Not $1,700 but $1,500. Yes, they are the worst company I have ever experienced in my life. I lost $200.00 dollars. My husband was not well at the time and I had hectic days so I did not do much research. I have no idea if this was a new one. I see on Inogen's site, the lowest is about $3,500 etc. Please do not deal with this company.

    I bought the G5 Inogen concentrator and I have been trying to talk to them to return the product and cannot reach anyone. They have the worse customer service I have ever sim. Stay away from this OxiMedical, after they get your money, they will disappear.

    We bought a brand new eclipse oxygen concentrator from them after we were told the old one was irreparable. The problem is the new one is made in *****, not *******. The ******* product has a terrible outgassing smell of plastic. We returned it for repair and got it back in the same condition. This is a medical product. How can anyone breathe oxygen from this stinky machine?

    We strive to provide our customers with all of their options when they are faced with the need for repair of their machine. This includes offering a back-up unit, which many of our customers find very useful as they don't want to be in a situation where they may be tied down to home while they wait for repairs. Offering the purchase of a back-up machine in no way hinders your ability to receive warranty repair on a machine. The only delay in your receiving warranty service was your insistence on speaking to a manager about your complaint about a salesman, rather than speaking to our service tech about the warranty issue when she returned your call just a few hours after your initial call.

    We think we were deceived thinking we were buying new medical equipment and it arrived in a plain box and the inside packing was not what you would expect from a new piece of equipment. That resulted in us having doubts that it was new. Now we are being charged $100.00 for restocking. We think that this is poor business practices.
