**** came to my house to put in a new irrigation system. Paid the deposit and work took 2 1/2 days. Very impressed. Paid the remainder. HOWEVER after they left, I went to fill my pool and found water leaking into the yard. Called **** who came out and said they "may have nicked a line during trenching" He said it couldn't be fixed until Monday 10/09 as ***** his *******, was away. After many texts, I realised he was trying to avoid repairing the pipe and basically, it felt like he had taken my money and now couldn't give a ****. He did arrange for a Pool Technician to come out, who was perplexed as to why he was there. He said he would send an estimate to ****. As I would be away, I wanted this fixed before I left. More texts to no avail. I finally hired someone who came and told me that they had nicked two lines, not one. In about an hour the problem had been fixed. **** makes you feel like he listens and cares, customer service is none existent if I hadn't kept texting, I wouldn't have seen him again, very rude, unprofessional individual. There are plenty of other ethical landscaping companies out there. Go with one of those, I wish I had.
