              Attended a Womens Day Out expo on March 18th 2023 at the **********************, building B, in **** **. I wanted to share my feedback on one of your employees, ************************* who was managing the Connie Health booth at the expo. The interaction with her was not positive at all. She was very rude and talked to me in a condescending tone. She also got very defensive over us attendees taking those freebies such as pens, hand sanitizers etc. she would tell women they had to talk to her to get those items and limit how much they would take. It was ************ behavior because there were other booths at the expo that were very friendly and welcoming. However, **** was not professional at all nor a good representation of Connie Health.

              I wanted to bash this company I thought the agent took advantage of my mom I called and called and finally got someone and have to say I had an exceptional experience dealing with the head of sales, Theo.He actually took my call and He not only fulfilled his promises by calling me when he said he would but also went above and beyond to provide the information I needed. **** patiently walked me through all my questions, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. What truly stood out was his commitment to follow up he called me a week later to ensure everything was okay. I appreciate ****'s genuine care and dedication to his clients. Kudos to him for taking the time and making the extra effort! because of him when I retire I will be calling connie health.
