    Weve been a part of the Bumble Bee membership club for well over a year. The club promises, priority service and 100% satisfaction guaranteed. We had a shower valve replaced on 1/25/25. The initial quote was around $1k without any research on their part of cost of parts or availability. When they came back to us with an accurate estimate, it was over $3k. They immediately wanted to charge us the amount due, but we advised to the financing company the repair was not complete, because it wasnt. The replacement required tile to be cut in to, and they had a recommended tile repair company. We used the recommended company so there would be no issues. The tile company came out and immediately identified a leak was occurring where the valve was replaced. This required Bumble to come back out and repair. They then advised the **** company should be able to put the shower hardware on after the tile repair was complete. The tile company advised they couldnt, because thats not their job. We called Bumble out a third time to install the hardware. The service member advised he needed to order special screws. We are now 4 weeks without a shower and pending a 4th visit from Bumble to complete this repair and we received notice of a lien filed against our home for the cost of the repair THAT IS STILL NOT COMPLETE. Do not trust this company. They are fraudsters who do not care about the integrity of repair, your personal time wasted, nor the validity of putting families in terrifying and fraudulent financial situations.

    We understand your concern regarding the lien notice, and we want to clarify that this is not a lien on your ******* *******, we are required by law to exercise our right within a specific timeframe, but this does not mean action will be taken against your property. We regret any confusion or distress this may have caused.
    Regarding the repair itself, this has indeed been a complex job due to the existing plumbing and the need for special-order parts. Despite these challenges, our team has been fully responsive and has attended every scheduled appointment to move the process forward as efficiently as possible.
    At this time, we are awaiting the arrival of the extension kit,which is necessary for the final installation. As soon as it arrives, we will schedule the installation promptly to complete the repair.
    Your satisfaction remains our top priority, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this. If you have any further questions or concerns, please dont hesitate to reach out.
