            I received a call for collection account from this business stating I owe them money for a hospital visit that I never went to I asked them to validate that this debt was mine and I received a statement bill a statement is not a form a of validation I *** not even reside in the state where this bill is from.

            I keep receiving phone calls and voice mail messages from this company but have not received any written documents that I have an outstanding medical bill. I tried calling back once but was put on hold. I would like them to stop harassing me or at least send me written information about whatever medical claim they have on record that they are trying to collect from me so I can do my own investigation and warrant if is a legitimate bill I owe.

            We were unable to locate a record with the little information provided, but to answer the review points, If we are still calling, it is because there remains a debt, we encourage the consumer to make contact to make sure this item is resolved. We do send written notices on all accounts so if this was not received it is possible we have the incorrect address on file. We do not have hold times generally so we would encourage the consumer to call again with some patience to help get the matter taken care of.
