I keep receiving phone calls and voice mail messages from this company but have not received any written documents that I have an outstanding medical bill. I tried calling back once but was put on hold. I would like them to stop harassing me or at least send me written information about whatever medical claim they have on record that they are trying to collect from me so I can do my own investigation and warrant if is a legitimate bill I owe.

We were unable to locate a record with the little information provided, but to answer the review points, If we are still calling, it is because there remains a debt, we encourage the consumer to make contact to make sure this item is resolved. We do send written notices on all accounts so if this was not received it is possible we have the incorrect address on file. We do not have hold times generally so we would encourage the consumer to call again with some patience to help get the matter taken care of.Review from Allen N

We constantly get calls from this number. They will be blocked. We pay all our bills and we have no bill outstanding that we know of. The bill is likely in error or was already paid. My complaint with this company is they make no effort to make sure any bills are valid before pestering people. Should they continue to call they will be prosecuted under the Can Spam Act.RSI Enterprises Inc Response

However in general to answer the review points, If we are still calling, it is because there remains a debt, we encourage the consumer to make contact to make sure this item is resolved, if our records are incorrect we very much want to correct them and never wish to make calls that are not necessary.Review from Eva z

Hola a mi me estuvo contactando esta empresa por un saldo que **** con sonora Quest el cual pague en su totalidad el balance me dijeron que me mandaran una carta de pago total por Gmail en 3 das el cual no recib **** * decid llamarlos para preguntar por la carta * me dicen que *a la mandaron * que ellos no pueden hacer **** el cual *o no e recibido **** * les vuelvo a llamar * me cuelgan las llamadas o si no me contestan mu* mal * les pido ablar con un supervisor * dicen que no puede atenderme que el me llamar en 24 horas asta horita tengo 8 das que pague mi cuenta * no me quieren dar la carta que pague mi cuenta para *o mandarla al bur de crdito * me eliminen esta collection deberan de cambiar de personal no saben atender al cliente a*uden por favor que un manager mire estoRSI Enterprises Inc Response

RSI Enterprises, **** toma enserio las ****** y revisiones en un intento de mejorar siempre nuestros procesos comerciales. Al revisar este asunto, se descubri que la direccin de correo electrnico de la carta creada para el consumidor se envi a Eva0 (con un cero en lugar de la letra O). Estamos corrigiendo esto y envindolo manualmente nuevamente, debera recibirse hoy. Con los intentos de envo de cartas anteriores, se trata de un proceso automatizado y, dado que son cuentas de Gmail, recomendara al consumidor que revise sus carpetas de correo basura y correo no deseado en busca de esos correos electrnicos. ******* disculpas por la confusin y el error al enviar esta carta. Corregir y enviarlo a la direccin de correo electrnico actualizada con suerte resolver este problema.Review from Cesar R

Before I was going to write this review, I decided to read all the consumer reviews and it saddens me because I too have been effected by this collection agency that is out to ruin ordinary peoples credit which causes a ripple effect in there lives. This company uses unlawful tactics to get credit/debt information, **** consumers and file false information to all credit bureaus. I understand when a consumer is not responsible with there finances and financial responsibilities but to file false claims and ruin a consumer like myself that has a Fico of 780 is not right. I advise all consumers to file a complaint against RSI with 1. ************************************ 2. Federal **************** 3. ****** of ***** Rights and with ******* State Attorney General. I would love to delete this review but I have to speak out.RSI Enterprises Inc Response

RSI Enterprises feels VERY strongly about treating consumers with fairness and respect. Unfortunately, in our industry, consumers do not go out of their way to go to BBB or review sites and praise our collection efforts, it is most often done in the opposite, which of course stands to reason. However... having reviewed this review and matching the name to the zip code provided we have identified who we think this consumer is. We have never even had the chance to speak with this consumer and help them to handle the matter, we have received no contact other than complaints. We would encourage any consumer with a matter they feel is incorrect to contact our office and allow us to help them resolve the matter. There are many avenues to do so and unfortunately doing bad reviews is not the best method. It seems we will soon hear from the consumer in other complaint methods and we will of course respond appropriately to those methods as well. We look forward to helping the consumer resolve the situation.
