I ordered an amp rack and associated hardware and tools to go along with the amp rack. It stated on their website that items in stock would be shipped out 3 to 4 business days from the order date. The items were in stock so I made the order. The order came out to $152.31 US (order # L8478). I ordered on 25 June, 2024 and didn't get any response from them until 12 July 2024 stating order would be shipped out 7 to 8 business days from the email date. Nothing happened. I tried to call them to inquire about the order, only to be told by a message that they do not have customer service over the phone, only through text. I texted them about the order, only to be told to send them an email. I sent them an email on 1 Aug 2024 asking about the order. Without any response from the email, I was sent a tracking number for the order. Order arrived on 18 Aug 2024 and I had few items missing from the order. I promptly sent them an email, on the same day, stating that I was missing items. I did not receive any response, so I sent them another email on 27 Aug 2024 and I have not had any response. I texted them on 3 Sep 2024 and there is no response from them. I looked at **** for their reviews and it looks horrible with 1.4 star reviews going back to year 2019. I would like a refund of $26.39 for the items that I did not receive or send the items promptly. I order a Loopback Harnesses and a 4 channel amp dsp on February 16th 2023 and here it is May 21st 2024 and I still haven't received nothing I keep getting the amp was on backorder and then it will be here 2 weeks it will be shipped and then no response for months and then I got a response and they said it will be 2 weeks and I would get a tracking number at the end of March and here it is almost end of may and still nothing no response I try emailing,texting and calling and no response this is very unprofessional u guys scam me out of $1,145 dollars maybe this review I might get a responseInitial Complaint

I placed an order with this company in September 2023 for a t-harness for a 2021 silverado with bose, a line out converter and a wavetech link RC valued at $209.68. At first the company responded to my emails and said it would still a month or two. The product still has never arrived to this day, and they never return phone calls or emails. I ordered two things from this company on September 22 2023 for $142.35 i have asked for an update many times with my order number and only get a bot like response that i still have even after after for a real person they keep telling me that that have to many and it will be 2-3 more months over and over and not wont even reply to give me a chance to cancel and ask for a refund. i purchased online from LLJ custom fabrication an audio harness to be used in my 2022 GMC CANYON, on august 16 of 2023.. as of today, December 8 of 2023 i have yet to receive what i paid for already. MY ORDER NUMBER IS R7983 AND THE MONEY I PAID HAS ALREADY BEEN COLLECTED BY llj CUSTOMS. i have initiated a credit card investigation already with MasterCard. PLEASE NOTE that i have already contacted LLJ customs numerous times, at least 10 times now, *************************************** AND VIA TEXT AT ************ .. i have proof... and they responded a couple of times via email, and now are no longer responding.. I ordered my custom loop back harness on June 12th 2023, the estimated time of completion was 6-7 weeks or ***** business days, fast forward 4 months, i get an email saying my harness will be shipped out by the weekend, the weekend comes and i receive nothing so i send an email asking where it's at and i receive no response. so again i send another email, no response. 5 emails later i still have no response, its now been 5 months. so i go to their instagram and comment on their post asking for a reply to my emails, it took them less than 5 minutes to block me from their account. they will offer a refund which is just a spit in the face for the amount of time i've waited. i just want the product, i do not want the refund. customer service is a huge part of business and this one is lacking in it. i hope this review is enough for them to complete my order and ship it out, since my emails obviously have no effect.
