Electrical Fire claim; taking zero responsibility or accountability for work completed/entire project given to them. Finished work has been compromised because they failed to address concerns/repair items known/mentioned throughout the entire process. Roof damage was ignored & asked to process with claim, open a new claim, or pay out of pocket if needed & corrected with a patch job that was not sufficient now the roof is leaking & damage to all work underneath just completed. Slate has completely pushed back saying I declined work which is completely opposite of what happened & pointed out before all work should even be started & failed to do so by mentioning they patched it when they didnt or not appropriately to be leaking 6 months after damaging all work beneath. Now the work insurance did cover is being asked to be replaced by the customer who noted they should repair all damages to roof first & move forward from there which they failed to do. Also snuck it by with mentioning they repaired it but didnt. Outlets not working in the house after they replaced panel & main electrical to house. Came back after project yo tear up completed work because they forgot items like a doorbell in the wall they just replaced. They sat on the project for multiple months to rush it all in one month once adjuster told the them to finish leaving me with no options on corrections needed or outside help being slate knowingly wanted me in that position to take all work before deadline. Slate had zero project management & pushed all work on customer after setting things up for all work to go through them. Terrible communication & playing games throughout entire process
