    I signed up for a monthly subscription Sept 11, 2022 with CleanRouter. We had several issues with the account and equipment and I couldn't access my account online. I emailed customer service Aug 5, ********************************************** get back into my account. On Aug 28, 2023, I requested they cancel my susbscription since I couldn't do it myself and never heard back after that. I sent a follow up email Sept 10, 2023, with no response and left several voicemails to ************** with no response.After cancelling my card, disputing the chargers and placeing a stop payment with my credit card company the payments stopped until recently.We had another transactions come through Feb 19, 2025 and June 17, 2025 for a subscription I've been trying to cancel for 2 years.I would like confirmaiton that the last two charges have been reimbursed and there will be no further attempts to withdraw from my account.

    We have subscribed to Clean Router for years and have begun to suspect that they are not fulfilling their claims of service. We have tried repeatedly to contact their customer support and we get automated responses, or busy signals, or "mail box full" messages. We have texted a wish to cancel several times (after being unable to log in to our account to cancel). When I try to log in, the screen says "Connecting to your Clean Router" and I get a perpetually spinning wheel.

    I cancelled Clean Router in May, 2022. I returned the router equipment (which never had worked correctly) in June/July, 2022. Despite the change in credit card number, Clean Router was able to push through to charge my credit card multiple times. I blocked the merchant from posting anything to my account in September, 2022. After the 1 year block on my credit card, Clean Router was again able to post a charge to my account in October, 2023. The credit card was kind enough to review the claim from the past 18 months and put another block on CleanRouter. Be very wary of this company; very dishonest! In addition, they do not communicate very well or quickly.

    We need to cancel our service with this company. The only way to contact them is by phone. Their phone system always says all agents are busy and to leave contact info and that they will call us back. We have done this multiple times. They never call us back. Now we have paid for another year of service that we cant even use.

    I have not used their service in the passed 4 years and I began trying to cancel my service in September 2022. Every month they ask questions about my cancellation, say they will stop my service but ultimately the following month I get charged again. Their process for processing cancellations seems to be broken and in desperate need of streamlining. Id like to get a refund of the passed 5 months since trying to quit their service. The documentation I have is emails and texts only though they likely have call logs and what was discussed in their system.
