      The plasma center schedules one person with 20 people per hour coming in. Basic math figures this out. Us waiting for extra hours due to poor scheduling is not our fault and they constantly are blaming us. Saying we cant speak up and complain because of their problem.

      I was sent a promotional email stating I would receive an extra $100 on my first 2 donations in NOV by NOV 30. $40 after the first and $60 after the second. I donated today and was only paid my normal amount $35, when i called customer service to see was receiving the additional $40 I was told it was pending, I asked about the second donation and was told they made a mistake in the marketing email and I would receive the extra $60 after my FIFTH donation this month. I read the email THEY sent me and they stated it was an error, there has been no sorry this was an error email and I received this email ****. Even after speaking with a supervisor they refused to honor they email. This is extremely unprofessional , illegal and false advertising. They need ti be held accountable for the mistake and honor it.

      I started donating plasma in 2019 at the ****** location. When you donate plasma the Medical examiner is suppose to do a thorough analysis, i provided all information of my tattoos and piercings but when I come back to donate in 2022 at the ***** location, I was told I only had one of my tattoos documented (I have 9). Ive donated plasma in 2019, and 2020, both times I was never told that my tattoos and piercings were not accurately documented. So fast forward, december 2022, I was told that I am being deferred permanently because all of my tattoos werent documented. I asked to speak to a manager and asked how that was my fault if Im accurately giving all information to the medical examiner and the medical examiners in 2019 and 2020 falsified information and didnt document everything just as Im telling this current medical examiner before she noticed that only one tattoo was documented. I was then told I am accountable for providing all information of my tattoos, which I did and I feel as its unfair for them to wrongfully defer me because their staff decided to input incorrect information about a patient. Staff should be held accountable for not imputing information correctly, patients shouldnt be or penalized for providing information and because an employee didnt feel like documenting over 10 items. Once I let the manager know I was going to file a complaint, I was told I would need to get off the premises because Im legally threatening, as I did. My friend and I were both coming in to donate December 15,2022 and she was also wrongfully deferred because she left with me because we came together. She didnt say anything to the managers or staff, nor did I say anything to any staff as I was leaving, but they permanently deferred her and thats illegal because that had nothing to do with her nor did she do anything, she was in the back of the line waiting and I told her I couldnt donate so we decided to leave together because we came together.

      On 8/27/2022 I donated plasma. It has been 24 hours and I still havent been paid. No one will offer a resolution or tell me when I will get my money. Please help
