Lets start with the scariest part of our experience here which was my friends daughter being thrown from a horse, then trampled, while the staff stood by and watched, and offered ZERO help. There is NO way the girl handling these horses had ANY training, she looked like a young teenager. She literally let the rope go and took a step back to get away from the horse while it trampled a child. The dad of the child jumped the fence and shoved the horse off his child and grabbed her from the ground. She had visible injuries and was screaming. The older employee comes over and starts defending the horse and saying these things happen like WHAT?! Theres a child crying on the floor bleeding and thats your response! It took them over 20 minutes to even bring a first aid kit out, my babysitter who was attending the party ran into action before they even did and got the hurt child ice from our ice chest. We had toddlers and small children riding these horses. Its beyond terrifying to think of what else couldve happened. It couldve honestly been so much worse and Im still shaking typing this 16 hours later. Then after all this when everyone is more calmed down, the older lady comes back and says well we will discount that 3rd pony for you. All of our guests were TRAUMATIZED, let alone the sweet girl who got trampled and her parents that had to literally SAVE her. One thing that was highly advertised was that the play structure was air conditioned. IT WAS NOT. I asked the lady to turn it on multiple times and she said it was. The kids were coming out of there dripping in sweat and bright red. Finally went in to see and it had to be 105 degrees in there. It was 115 degrees outside. There were also exposed nails. There were thousands of ants EVERYWHERE all over the tables (where we were serving food from), the guests table and chairs, the play structures, everywhere. Multiple guests left with 10+ ant bites.Also looked nothing like the photos advertised. So filthy.
