    I came across Vindex Media on franchise gator. ****** was the person, that I was in contact with. He was very convincing and got me sold by providing "testimonials from existing customers" as well as their company video, detailing step by step what and how they do it. This is literally a quote from their website: "You will no longer have to wonder what you are paying for in terms of your marketing program and you will not be let down by an agency that puts dollar signs first. We are proud to have your back because we know YOU are the backbone of our economy" So,I made a payment of $9000 out of $12000 requested and before I was supposed to make my final payment of $3000,I started noticing that we were near of what was promised, no sales were coming in and constant mishaps, that should've never occur with professionals, such as these people are claiming to be.So,I started asking for refund, due to inability to perform. They literally could not produce one sale, while keep asking me to add more money to pay for an advertising. Every time I'd say I was unhappy, ******,who takes weeklong pauses,before he decides to respond, would give me a run around in the form of this big speech about how hard they work for me and that money I paid him were spend on people he hired, content creators, web developers,etc. Meanwhile, nothing was selling, they would feed me lies, how they tried today, but there was no traffic, no clicks, so they will try again tomorrow, and it was just never ending story. And this is from someone who is advertising themselves as brand accelerator gurus. ****** also would get very defensive and try to turn tables and blame me for demanding promised results, telling me how hard they work and why do I demand things from them. Needless to say ,I documented everything, all our communication, I got copies of everything and can provide it at any time. Basically, he took my money and gave me one big nothing and refuses to return my hard-earned savings. I am positive that, there are a lot more other victims of this elaborate scheme. I'd like to recover my funds, that Vindex Media ruthlessly stole from me, as well as to protect other people from this company, if they ever come across it. Thank You, ****
