    I ordered a 512GB OLED Steam Deck from Steam. They shipped it with ***. No one was going to be home and I didn't want my package stolen so I paid $5.99 to have it sent to the UPS store at ************************************************* I received an email on Tuesday 8/12/25 saying it was there. I received an email shortly after that saying my package was picked up. But I wasn't even in ******* at all on 8/12/25. I go to the UPS store today 8/13/25 and the Assistant Manager tells me they have no record of my package being scanned into their store and I need to contact customer service. I call customer service and they told me my package was picked up at the store previously mentioned. I told them the Assistant Manager has no record of my package at their store. She told me I have to take it up with Steam and also refused to refund my $5.99 I paid to have it sent to the UPS store. So now I'm out $590.72 from a Steam Deck I never received and $5.99 to have it sent to a store that says they have no record of it. *** needs to find my package undamaged or buy me a new Steam Deck as well as refund my $5.99.

    September 14 2023 I paid the ups store in ******* ******* around ****** dollars to ship my package containing a gaming pc, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, webcam, controller, and microphone. While at the store i paid for $1000 of insurance as a precuation. The packing that i did was well above anything the employees would have done to include me using a pillow to pad the bottom of the box and an excess of bubble wrap. Before i left the store the employee helping added 6 fragile stickers to each side of the box. Six days later the package is delivered to me in ************ beaten and worn and bore three wholes about 5 inches in length on the corners. When i opened the box nothing was where i originally put it infact i was missing key caps to my keyboard and a remote to crontrol rgb lighting inside my pc. When starting the insurance claim process i told the empoyee the state of things and was reasured id recieve the full $1000 instead it was only for $307.85. I last spoke with an employee of *** on october 4th he said he would push it up the chain again. Ive heard nothing since on october 7th
