I got a bill from Enticare Thanksgiving 2022 (statement date 11/20/2022) for $463.69. The bill contained charges from several dates, the largest of these charges was 5 months old, and I NEVER received a bill from them until this one. I tried calling them a few times but didn't get a hold of anyone or never got call backs. I made partial payment on 1/2/2023 for $150 through their website, the *** that it took me too is ****************************************************************** (this is still the same *** today, I checked). I never got an email confirmation but the printed receipt that popped up on the screen showed as ********************** I figured this was a glitch on their website or the payment service they use. I got a statement from TSL, dated 1/10/2023, a collection agency, for $463.69, received on 1/14/2023. I tried calling Enticare again to see what was going on, but there was no option to speak to an office manager & only voicemail after a long wait to get to billing department. TSL issued another statement 10 day days later, on 1/20/3023 for the same amount, & received it around 1/25/2023. I want a manager or someone higher up to call me about the bill & explain how my $150 payment appears to have went to ********************** & how when the bill as never late (it doesn't say on the bill from 11/20/2022 that it was 30 days or 60 days, etc, late, that it went to collections so quickly. I want to deal only with a manager at Enticare on this payment balance, & to find out where my $150 payment went to. I absolutely refuse to deal with the collection agency on this bill, as it NEVER should have went to collections. If this is showing up on my credit reports I want them to fix that as well. Extremely angry at the unprofessional behavior in billing, collections & lack of communication accessibility on this matter. The acct# on **********************'s statement from 11/20/2022 is #*****
