SUNFLEX HOME IMPROVEMENTS, LLC -- ** ROC # ****** -- REGISTRATION # ****** SPRAYFOAM ROOF INSULATION, Installed foam roof insulation on my house, did not ro the full roof of the ** room, over the washer and dryer, they also got spray adhesive on the rear of my house, ac unit and car port eave.(lean to cover). This was done 5-2-25 at the cost of $4500.00 ****** Finally came by after 2 e-mails to look at the house, said the overspray on the ac was not an issue. And said he would put it in writing that the overspary on the fan would not cause an issue with the bearings in the motor or creating drag on the blades and causing higher electric use due to the overspray and overheating the fan motor. He said he would put that in writing and have someone come by to clean off the overspray. He commented that the cover must have blown off the ac unit when it kicked on. That is admission of negligence on his workers. but does not explain the overspary on the lean to of my carport on the other side of the home. I understad the carport itself getting overspray but the shaded area off the side? That was 3 weeks ago. June 12, 2025. He left and never gave me anything in writing, Nor has anyone come back to clean the overspray, Finish the roof of the ** Room. Or give me anything in writing to protect my AC unit. I am sure that this would be resolved had he done this to one of my neighbors residences..Can anything be done to resolve this, I mean that is why he is bonded and insured. In case something like this happens. The oversight on his or the employees part for not doing the roof over the washer and dryer of the ** Room is either him not giving instructions to the workers or them just not wanting to do that small part. I do have pictures of these items.Thank You for your attention to this matter.

UNTIL it rained I would have thought this was done.. But now I know they filled in my rain gutter with the roof foam and the rain water now falls on my smoker, runs down the wall ,, across the cover parking,  thru the electrical and pops the breaker.  I call that another one of there mistakes,,  Why would you fill in the rain gutter?  It is there for a reason and has a purpose to direct the off run of the roof in s specific direction..  Now that is not happening because they made another mistake when putting the foam on the roof.
