    03/20/2023 Had Deep Cleaning Scheduled I have been using Two Maids ******* for 3 months paying them 330 a month . I scheduled a deep cleaning as Im in the process of selling my home . The employees got here and 8:30, This was not the same crew that had come to my house the three past months one of the employees which was *** looked no more than 20 years old and I believe he showed up with him mother to DEEP clean my home. ******* came at approximately at 12:30 I told her that they advised me the downstairs was cleaned, but I had moved the furniture so that they could get to the baseboards and then told them once they were done I could move the couches back so they can sweep and mop , they did not do that and told me they were done but once I moved the furniture back there was a bunch of crumbs and had not been mopped. *** was cleaning my master bathroom and I when he finished I went in there to find that he had used one of my face rags to clean my tub left it folded in the tub when I had it on my bathroom counter and it was soaked and smelled like cleaning chemicals. I asked him why it was soaked he just stared at me and when I asked him if it was used to clean he denied it. I ended up cleaning behind them My stove was completely filthy I showed ******* and and she was working on the baseboards telling me that they were not cleaned correctly and she was going to reclean the downstairs as it was not up HER expectations. At approximately 4:00pm ******* the manager told me that they were done done and was asked to walk thru to see if the rooms were up to My standards. As I was walking back up i notice my hand rails were not cleaned and I told ******* as I had a rag in my hand I started cleaning and she walked out again slammed my door and got on her phone. I provided the manager ******* my constructive criticism but she did not receive it too well and tried very hard to hide how irritated she was was my feed back. Once I provided my feedback she walked out my door and slammed the door and started texting on her phone again . She came back in I told her that the window ***** were still muddy and had bugs and she sent *** back up to clean them she told me that she was going to be talking to the team that has been coming to my home for the past three months as they clearly had not done their job right. 4:30 came around I was very upset and disappointed and Asked ******* and team to leave as I was very uncomfortable at this point and extremely exhausted due to the moving of all the furniture . ******* was clearly upset as well told me that she felt like her team did a fantastic job and since she did not do her final walk thru they would not be discounting nor refunding me. She did not apologize got her team told them that I was asking them to leave and they all walked out without even saying a word and slamming my door for a third time. . Mind you Two Maids has been cleaning my home for the past three months. As soon as they left I spoke to ****** she requested I send her pictures which I sent twenty of them and all I received was nothing but excuses by their office manager ****** . ****** didn't bother calling me she sent me a text telling me that they were not going to refund me as I asked them to leave and got a different story by *******. I texted her and told her that I was not looking for a discount or a freebie I wanted this to be rectified and did not even receive a genuine apology she then calls me and tells me that they are not going to refund me and she was sorry but due to the circumstances there was nothing they could do. I am very disappointed by the way this was handled and will never recommend Two Maids for a deep cleaning especially for the price they charge which was ****** I an requesting the full amount be refunded as I put my reviews thru ********* ****** ****** reviews and not one call. I have 20 pictures of how my house was left and sent them to the office as well along with text messages.
