Airguns of Arizona sent me an Airgun that was not only in the wrong caliber but also in the wrong type of stock. They pressured me to settle with a few bucks compensation and I was not thrilled but ok with that. Then not even 2 months go by and the Airgun breaks internally and upon looking inside, the whole inner is rusted out. The manufacturer, Crosman, tells me the Airgun was made back 2018. So after selling me inventory thats been rusting for 3 years and not even what I ordered, AoA tells me to get lost and deal with the manufacturer which is a huge hassle I have to deal with now. I want AoA to refund my money instead and then they can deal with sending their rusted old inventory back to the manufacturer. Theres also a 5 year warranty from date of manufacture and AoA has robbed me of over half of that now without any care.

We do not enjoy when a customer has a bad experience and we did make a mistake in fulfillment initially. When contacted upon his receipt of the order we offered a discount to keep the product we supplied rather than go through the exchange. The customer agreed, but was not pressured. We were willing to work with either solution at the time. Everything was satisfactory for two months until a call a couple days ago, where we learned that the customer had disassembled his product and was demanding that we issue a full refund due to rust. We learned that the fill device used was a ******** hand pump which has no moisture drying capability. The ******** factory disclaims that the air rifle must be filled with "Clean and Dry Air"

Our company provides a published 30 day guarantee. After the published return policy time frame, it is our company's policy to refer the customer to the factory for warranty support. This complaint about robbing him of his warranty is null. ******** have policy that states that warranty starts with the point of sale to the end-user. The date of manufacturing is not relevant. They are stored in climate controlled warehouses here at our facility until sold. At the point of sale, the customer's warranty period begins based on the invoice date. While we sympathize with this customer, his immediate bad attitude and instant threats to destroy our reputation all over the Internet removed our good ***** in dealing with him. Our policy is ******* clear that goods are returnable within a 30 day window, after which are not subject to return. His warranty is fully in place, and our advise was that he reach out to the manufacturer to correct issues with their product. Our mistake initially was rectified by an agreement to a significant discount, and the customer was satisfied with that solution at the time. We decline to refund the purchase due to it being over terms, and due to the customer disassembling the product himself.

my hand pump does in fact have a desiccant filter on the input side and an inline oil/water separator on the output side. The manufacturer also told me my warranty is 1 year from date of purchase now because the serial number indicates its already 3 years old and due to the invoice not matching the actual model I have after I received the wrong item initially. Due to the condition and age and unmatching invoice, the manufacturer thinks Im trying to trick them. So I lost 4 years of warranty due to this company. Its quite apparent after receiving such an old, *****, damaged product that this company was trying to get rid of an old troublesome piece of inventory and Im the sucker who they dumped it on. Why should I have to go through the hassle of sending it to the manufacturer and loosing the majority of my warranty after being shafted so badly by this company? Ive never seen a company so set on s******* customers and not caring to fix it.

They could, at the very least, make out a new invoice for me that matches what I actually received so that Id get the full warranty from the date of purchase since they wont take back a product they shouldve never sold. The problems have been there longer than 2 months, but who would take it all apart on day 1 to check for that? They got lucky it held together just long enough to not be their problem.
