  My apartment complex employs this shady company. They go around after midnight and tow cars with passes that expired at midnight. They then don't answer their phone and allegedly have every single employee leave the building to deal with something else. And who do they leave in charge? An incompetent, sexist, and rude mechanic who can't actually do anything.

  This towing company is absolutely a scam and makes their money off of scamming broke college students. Not only do I pay $70 monthly to park in the lot I was towed from, but this towing company makes it a mission to tow cars as quickly as possible so that they can get the most money from broke students. The tow driver lied to me and told me that I needed to be the name on the registration of the vehicle to even pick up the car, it is my parents, and when I was adamant that that was not possible due to the fact that they live across the country, he simply told me if I gave him more money I could have the car. So first he tells me it's the law that the person on the registration must get the vehicle, but then he said if I paid him more I could have it. Simply a liar, a cheater, and a person who must really enjoy watching other people's pain.

  The review from ****** Y is clearly just the owner trying to make the business look better. They type exactly how the owner types in all of their responses in ****** reviews and Apple reviews. What a horrible company.

  This company follows guidelines and follows the law. I am concerned this bbb review site ONLY shows 1 star reviews and is clearly biased. Overall ratings for this company are 2.9-3.1 online. If this site cannot ACTUALLY match the online ratings, I fail to understand why they are considered a "reputable source"...I have been assisted 4 times with car issues and breakdowns. I have not had issues with the company. Also, some of these reviews appear directed at ANOTHER COMPANY called JARR TOWING!!! Get the names right before posting!I will vote 3 stars because that is the ACTUAL RATING.

  Our car was illegally towed but no officer or lawyer will get involved. We had permission to park at a complex while we signed our lease and same morning our car was taken by this company. Parking spot read "future resident" did not say restricted nor unauthorized. Complex and previous lesser tried to contact these ppl and they said "we don't want to hear it" and hung up. I have all the proof of authorization yet they still charged me $300 fine and almost cost us our job which happened to start the same day. Mind you we help save lives and this gentleman had everyone postpone procedures for a misly $300. Please have this place shut down as you can see all the reviews of improper towing. Thank you

  My daughter's truck was towed while she was at a friend's house. I happened to be in town visiting so the next morning (a Sunday), we drove over to the garage and called the number on the sign. It was 7:00 am and we were told they do not release vehicles until 9:30 am and that it would be a $320.00 cash-only cost to receive the truck back. I got the cash for her but then had to leave. She went over at 9:30 and had to wait 30 minutes to get the truck returned to her. When the employee brought it to her, he told her it would be $450.00!!!! He was trying to scam her out of more money! Fortunately, she is strong and told him no way. What a scam---these poor college kids make a parking mistake and it costs them $$$$$$ and then they try to get more money?????? I am livid! I wish I could give ZERO stars!

  They should get zero starts but the BBB doesnt allow for zero stars. This business preys on college students. They towed my daughter at ************ Apartments from her spot she pays for at 1:15 a.m. They made her pay cash and were rude to her when she picked up her car. Seems shady to me to only take cash.

  The tow company requires cash only, holds vehicles for ******, and does not release them until you pay. Charges tow fee of $195. In my experience, two $65 fees were also added on - except I paid $335 ($10 to the tow truck driver?).

  If I could give this place zero stars I would. They are complete rip-offs and actively steal from people by forcing them to pay cash and pocketing the excess. I have been towed after being parked in a space for less than an hour, towed when I had a valid pass in my vehicle, and each time was charged close to THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS when my car was literally towed ACROSS THE STREET.I know for a FACT that they are stealing from people as I experienced a tow and was charged 360 dollars, whereas my friend towed literally the day before with a nearly identical vehicle was charged 285.Another person I know was towed last year and only charged 180 with CARD.DO NOT trust these people.

  Extremely rude drivers and unethical business practices. Stuck in snow for 30 minutes not blocking anything within my apartment complex. Our apartment complex was even aware of the situation and said everything was totally fine - within that time they towed me even though we were actively was trying to get unstuck, they patrol these complexes whenever theres a snow storm. (walked away to grab a shovel/ cat litter) Came back to see our truck being towed. His answer well its already on the truck. They only take cash to get your vehicle returned, so he still took the truck to the yard and charged me $300. Cash only? You mean under the table and illegaldriver will up the price if hes annoyed, how is that ok? Trying to get ahold of management or help is useless as they pass you around to repair men. Absolute mess. Never use this company. Shady business, and unprofessional employees.
