    I'm posting this to warn others who may be considering renting from Unlimited *************** or moving into ***********************I moved from ******* and chose this unit based on a Redfin listing that advertised in-unit air conditioning. Upon move-in, there was no AC, and management has ignored multiple requests. When I reported broken fencing (which allows people to trespass and loiter behind my home), they marked the maintenance request as high priority then canceled it with no explanation. Screens were removed from windows and never replaced, further affecting safety.I've filed complaints with the city, 311, and the BBB Scam Tracker. After I posted a negative ****** review, it mysteriously disappeared. Theyve also charged me late rent fees, despite the unit not meeting basic living standards.This feels like fraud and an abuse of tenant rights. Im hoping this post helps others avoid going through what Ive experienced.If anyone has had a similar issue with this management company, or knows other places to report this, Id appreciate your input.
