              I was prescribed some medicine about 2weeks ago. Well I had some questions about the heart meds I was prescribed. They were addressed the first time, the second time I had questions I caught a lot of grief from them. At first the receptionist didn't want to put me through to the medical assistant. When she did there was no answer so I left an angry message. Then the supervisor, or one of them, of the clinic called me and started in about something like patient conduct. He never gave me a chance to explain the problem to him, like he has in the past. He blamed me saying I always have complaints. But that don't mean anything other than the type of staff they have. I never received anything about patient rights, I don't believe, in all my time there. And after all of that I am unable to take one of my meds cause I was never able to find out what I was needing to know..

              I agree. Doctor ********** due to the rotation scheduling really does affect the patient. None get to know their patient as Interns. My annual also is very overdue.....What is happening to the quality service. The interns seem very cold and do not consider what the Patient wants for health. It is a team effort. Please give them classes to learn that we are alive and have need to be listened to. Also cancelling a medication without notifying patient and have the pharmacy at ******* let you know. Poor service. Maybe more Docs with experience for geriactric patients as the young ones don't seem to realize that we too have thoughts on our care. I am considering leaving NCHC and gointg to a Doc that is established and not to busy to assist the patient.
