The owner of this shop is a con artist. He convinced me and my insurance company that he could fix my Tesla. He had my Tesla for ten (10) months and kept claiming he was waiting on parts. The last two weeks before I had my car transferred to another shop I was told that it would be done and was heading I to final paint. I went to the shop and drove in the back to see my car was still in the same condition it was when it got there 10 months ago. I spoke with the owner that day and he promised it would be done by that coming Friday. To no surprise my car wasnt ready and then he claimed to do all he could to have another shop fix it. My car was towed to a new shop and now I must wait more months until its fixed. Avoid this shop at all costs. He had every excuse in the book as to why my repair was taking so long just to find out it never began. The owner name is ***** and hes a liar. I tried to be a very understanding customer considering parts delays with ***** and also the current climate of the supply chain industry but for him to knowingly lie to me for months is outrageous.
