This is family full of liars who gaslight customers, are unprofessional, scatterbrained, and have poor customer service. At the end of Oct, my husband had expressed interest to ***** - looking for a female English Cream puppy (**** and ****'s litter; $1950). We didn't buy since we weren't able to drive to Concho at the time. 2 weeks ago, she was selling a new litter due in Dec - parents were **** and ****; $2300. When asked for photos of the available female, she said she will send them later that night; never did. He asked again; she sent photos of the males. He asked again; she said she will send a photo the next day. None sent. She claims that someone else is super serious about the female puppy, but she has a lot of male puppies. Again, we only wanted female. He asked if the female puppy born 9/6 is still available, she said yes. 9/6 litter is Migo and ******, which is the puppy we were looking to get at the end of Oct. She said, "I'm still a slacker and not got new pictures." Took 3 days for her to send photos of the female. At that point, I had my husband ask for proof of gender. The photos she sent were of her large-build husband holding this 10-week old large puppy. My husband spoke to her for 10 min about meeting ** in ******** the following Sat. He arrived 10 min early; she arrived 10 min late. He drove 4 hrs; she drove 25 min. Puppy was tiny; she insisted it is the same one. Clearly it wasn't. It was pouring rain outside. She gave the puppy info in an envelope, barely discussed it, and had my husband sign papers. At home, the papers said the parents: ******* and ****; birthday: 9/7. When I asked ***** about it, she stated she had a "long visit" with my husband about ******* and **** and sent me a photo of my husband's signature with handwritten names ******* and **** after his signature. Those names were never on the paper prior to signing nor were they ever brought up. ***** never owned up to her mistakes nor did she want to remediate the situation.
