      Date of transaction: 5/26/22 Company appears to be out of business. Tried to contact them. Problem:We started noticing water damage around our walls all near the tub. We thought it was our shower and contacted our builder. They had a plumber come out to look at the water damage to see if it was the shower. After testing the shower and not seeing a signs of any water, he checked the walkin tub since that was just recently installed and ran the water from the tub and was noticing a small amount of water leaking from the connections of the plumbing and did further testing by filling up the tub and running the bubbles and saw additional water coming out and when he emptied the tub more water was coming. I'm not sure what recourse we can take to have the tub repaired and the repairing of the damaged walls.

      On August 29, ********************************************* tub/shower with Paradise Walk In Tub I have been calling the company at the number on contract ************ for service and it has now been closed out- no longer in service. My tub is leaking water from the rubber pike on the inside of the door. Unable to shower or take a bath without my floor getting wet. The warranty states if I have an outside contractor come in, then my warranty can become ****************** HELP AS I HAVE NO IDEA AS TO WHAT I CAN DO. ********************* ************
