      Great experience from store to delivery. Great prices, knowledgeable salesman, on timer delivery with fast installation. Install person was friendly, knowledgeable. My go to for appliances.

      Bought a Brand New GE Washer in JanDeliver January 4, 2025 by Fourth of July weekend. Washer will not work Called Spencers Yes, dishwasher is under warranty You need to schedule with ** Get a hold of ** had to wait for a repairman several days To be told we needed two new parts which had to be shipped to our address via ***** Approximately 10 days later we get parts then have to reschedule with GE repairman AGAIN. About 10 more ********** man comes out today needs another part So brand new washer needs three parts replaced My opinion is we were sold a lemon and oh we are getting is the runaround between Spencers, GE, and repair person(whom is dispatched through GE)No reason in this day and age to have had a six month old washer, broken down and needing so many parts not to mention the runaround of trying to actually get it fixed One month without a washing machine No excuse!!

      I had a wonderful experience with ** the salesman. He got me the appliances I wanted at a look price. Delivery was wonderful. ***** was professional and took his time installing everything correctly. He was knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend!

      I had a great experience with the two gentlemen who came to move my fridgenot once, but twiceand install my new one. They went above and beyond, adjusting furniture and even removing the fridge handles to ensure they didnt scuff or mark any walls. Both were incredibly nice, respectful, and professional throughout the entire process. I really appreciated their attention to detail and care. Highly recommend!

      Purchased a washer on friday morning at the *****************. Store. The salesman was excellent in all areas and gave me an excellent price. The item was delivered on Saturday morning and the installers friendly and compident. ********* is the best for Appliance purchasing in *******...

      From start of finish, ********* made getting a new fridge easy. First, ***** answered all our questions and made us a great deal. Second, ********* has the lowest delivery and recycle charge of the four places we looked. Last, ******, our delivery person was efficient and fast. Great experience all around.
