I signed up for a monthly spa membership for the Hawaiian Spa in ********, back in July of 2023. The spa was only about a mile from my house. I went online recently to book an appointment and found out that the ******** location was closed. I did not receive any type of communication from them saying that this location was closing. I only found out from a note on their website at the time I was trying to book. I then saw on ****** that the location is permanently closed.I called the ********** location to find out about getting a refund for all my credits. I have 18 total, which is about $1400 in value. The woman I spoke with said that the owners are not refunded any credits and that we have to use them at either their Scottsdale or ******** locations. These locations are *****+ miles away from me. That's an hour to an hour and half drive just for me to go there back. That's just way to far for me to drive and a lot in gas money that I never accounted for in signing up for this. They have been trying to charge my card for a 19th credit, but I have put a hold on it seeing as how I will not be going to these other locations. I am getting emails saying that I will lose my services if they cannot run my card. This is really sickening to me as business owner myself. I would never have signed up for a membership for these other locations. It was difficult for me to get to the ******** one let alone now them requiring me to drive much further to these others. That is why I had so many credit built up, but I was ready to start getting through them. I should not be punished over whatever circumstances that caused them to close their ******** location. The woman I spoke to at the ********** location said to contact the owner's ********** and she provided me with an email address. I have done that but have not received a response back from them as of yet.
