5 stars*********************** is an amazing rep for ES&B. I ordered from them several times and she was *******************, timely and kept me informed on the progress of our order. Never had any issues with the installers and the few adjustments needed were taken care of. Great prices and great company to order from.

The entire team is amazing, professional, and have great expertise. ***** came out, took measurements for our new build home, took his time and the entire process was seamless from there. We got the best shutters in the neighborhood and great blinds as well. Highly recommend. Great products, great install, good quality service. ***** called throughout the entire process and made sure we were well taken care of each step. 5 starsFirst of all, I would like to thank our Salesman ***** for taking great care of us from the time he visited our home with his presentation until completion. The shutters were ordered in late August and were received earlier than expected.,The installer **** was professional and did an amazing job on the installation. We have 3 more windows that we will be ordering in the near future., We are so happy that we made the right choice for selecting Elite Shutters. Also i would like to mention that we had Elite Shutters installed in our last home and again was totally satisfied. 5 starsOur shutters are perfect. It was an easy process and they even arrived earlier than expected. We did our whole house and it was reasonably priced and had helped keep out the heat during the hot summer weather in *******. Our rep was knowledgeable and professional. 5 stars********************* was great to work with on blinds for our new kitchen windows and one small window in the entryway. We have a half circle window above our main window with no way to Mount or so I thought. ***** suggested a shelf which she measured and they installed. All fit perfectly. Love my shades/blinds.
