              In October of 2023 I decided to sell my home to Offerpad. I was told that it would avoid realtor fees and quick. It was a quick sale and closing; however I believe they deceived me regarding the real estate fees. I was charged 6% that was used to pay their realtor. As the home during my sale to offerpad, did not require a realtor, I believe I am owed a reimbursement of the 6% taken from the proceeds at closing from my column as there was no evidence of the use of a realtor, an MLS listing to complete this transaction.

              They do not disclose latent defects. Sold a house to an elderly woman that stated they replaced the polybutylene plumbing in property disclosure. Plumbing behind the walls cannot be discovered by a property inspector. Even worse? While the house was vacant, they continued to pay outrageous water bills for months and ignored notices from Clayton County water authority that there was a leak under the foundation! Now they say they have too many properties to know there is this kind of problem and hung up. Trying to find *********************** email to let him know directly how this lady was treated. It cost more to do a poor job then it does to make things right. They could fix it for about $2000 to preserve the relationship, however they made the choice to say kick rocks to this problem they had to know about and passed on to her. Buyer beware!
